An AIM (Awareness, Innovation and Motivation) Training Workshop for undergraduate students was conducted at our campus on 29 January 2026. The workshop focused on enhancing students’ readiness to engage with high-profile organisations and multinational companies (MNCs), with guidance on effective self-introduction and professional presentation skills.
Students were trained in preparing Excel-based trackers to record goals and monitor performance metrics. The sessions also included discussions on long-term career planning, highlighting how the AIM scheme supports students in achieving their professional aspirations.
Additionally, participants identified short-term goals related to the training programme and upcoming employment opportunities. A structured performance evaluation system was introduced as part of the programme to track student progress and outcomes.
