“The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotism at Aladi Aruna College of Liberal Arts and Science, Alangulam, Tenkasi. Dr. S. Ponsakthi Kala, Assistant Professor, Department of Tamil, Sadakathullah Appa College, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. After hoisting the National Flag, she delivered the Independence Day Address, emphasizing the importance of developing the habit of reading to truly understand and enjoy the essence of freedom. The celebration concluded with the distribution of sweets to students and faculty.”
